Park City has officially banned fireworks this summer within the city limits. While there has not been an official ban of fireworks in Summit County, the board of the Pinebrook HOA has decided to be proactive and declare a fireworks ban in Pinebrook effective immediately through October 31st, 2017. The upcoming 4th of July weekend will be hot, and the tall grass from this spring’s wet weather has once again resulted in a particularly dangerous situation. ALL open fires, fire crackers and aerial fireworks are prohibited. Signage will very soon be put in place reminding residents of the ban.
