PHONE SERVICE UPDATE MAY 18th

After nearly two weeks working diligently with Comcast to restore our phone service, we were no closer than when we started due to how Comcast configured our phone service. We are now in the process of switching carriers and received a confirmed porting date of Thursday, May 21st. We have scheduled equipment installation for the same day and expect phone service to be reestablished concurrently. Again, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
